False. The use of saline can alter the pH of both blood and urine by diluting whatever prohibited substance may be present within the sample, which in turn, can lead to an inconclusive test result.

Saline and multivitamins doesn't manipulate samples like that. You will get caught by any WADA accredited lab. Everyone and their mama would be doing it, especially since it's so cheap. As I said before, only fools...

Even the NSAC tests, which don't even test for all the WADA list, catches a lot of guys. Urine alone.
