    ..............oops
nope it's proven now that floyd barely has a problem cutting weight. in that comment i'm talking about FIGHT NIGHT WEIGHT.

floyd might weigh around 160lbs on fight night, but he is more than disciplined enough to cut weight properly and not NEED IV THERAPY to rehydrate. the photo below proves it!!!!

Why did it take him weeks to apply for the TUE he should of just apply for it the next day or what ever why weeks after???

When did the "scandal" first broke, did he apply for it after the scandal???

that is what i am asking.

When did Floyd's medical team (memo, ariza) administered IV transfusion to Floyd?

when did Floyd applied for TUE?

From those question we could see if Floyd fans are right that Floyd was tested before and after the IV was administered.

if TUE's needs weeks to be granted the boxer is probably dead from dehydration long before.

how many recorded TUE's were granted and rejected?

how many recorded TUE's were granted retroactively?

Because Floyd never intended on applying for a TUE until USADA reps showed up at his house unannounced and found evidence of an IV being administered to him by his own personal medical team.

                  Just the facts

Once again, delusional Pac fans are ignoring the facts and making up wild conspiracy theories. What's next? Do we have to watch something in slow motion to see your version if the truth?

Here are the actual facts again:

"The report suggested the solution had to be administered in a hospital setting because the amount used; 750 milliliters, or about three-fourths of a typical IV bag ; theoretically could serve as a masking agent. But WADA guidelines specify that the hospital requirement applies only the case if a temporary use exemption (TUE) isn't granted.

Mayweather had a United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) collection official summoned to his home to verify compliance before accepting the infusion, sources told MLive. He was drug tested before and after the IV was administered, with the USADA collector present. The TUE was granted retroactively, as allowed under WADA rules, on May 20, 18 days after the fight.

"Mr. Mayweather has done nothing wrong," Nevada State Athletic Commission chairman Bob Bennett told Showtime before the fight. "The Nevada State Athletic Commission has no interest in any type of investigation regarding his IV. He did not violate the WADA rules for any type of drugs and we have no issue."

These are the only two groups that matter and they are clear that Floyd did nothing wrong. No other entity has any say so.

NSAC Executive director Bob Bennet's initial thoughts before receiving a nice hefty undisclosed payment from Floyd.

“He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] can’t authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada. USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered. If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.”
And his statement after having a nice amount of money deposited into his bank account from Floyd.

was floyd so badly dehydrated because he was struggling to make weight that he needed an iv therapy????? if that's the case then how come he weighed 150.5 lbs 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIGHT???? doesn't seem like he's struggling at all to make weight and should be fine. strange.

so if that's the case then iv therapy is absolutely not needed at all. correct??? in fact WADA and medical journals recommend oral rehydration as the BEST AND SAFEST METHOD. also u can't be granted a TUE for simple dehydration. floyd says he makes 147 lbs easily and photo evidence proves that he has absolutely no problems making 147.
