According to the article in the killed thread, under the WADA rules, which USADA uses as a basis for its rules, no more than 50ml in a 6 hour period may be administered by IV. The exceptions are if the subject is admitted into a hospital, undergoing a surgical procedure or part of a study in a clinic. Mayweather reported having 750ml infused, 15 times the allowed amount! There's no report that he was admitted into a hospital, underwent surgery or was part of a clinical study at the time. He was in clear violation. That he reported it after the fact and got away with it just shows how corrupt the USADA & NSAC are.
