Bruh facts are out there. The government gives the USADA $10M+ a year & Mayweather gives them maybe ~$150k a fight so lets say ~$300k a year. Its not hard to see that the USADA would be potentially be risking their entire operations existence for 3% of their yearly revenue (just based on the gov. + Mayweather numbers) by siding with Floyd for any other reason then they felt it performed things with honest intentions.

Don't try and ease the Margarito one in there like that bruh. Tony has no credibility at all after getting busted so it's ok to question him. The other two are just talk. Pac, never caught doing anything. Trout, Cotto may have slept on him and paid. That's it.Comment

I mean in conjunction with the NSAC. I would think the USADA is usually running things & making the final word on TUE & other things in most of their work, but it would seem as if the NSAC has the final word on TUE flying or not flying when it comes to combat sports in NV. USADA knows how to run things when their in charge & the NSAC knows how to run things when their in charge, but there seems to be some team aspect with this stuff thats not part of the typical routine for either group with the fight in question & seemingly with the new NSAC protocol since 9/1.
Thats kinda why I don't see as much of an issue with the late TUE approval as others as it seems that the USADA would have had to give some early approval the day of the IV for Mayweather to do the IV in the first place based on at least the Iole & Mayo side of what took place thus a verbal agreement of a eventual paperwork agreement was already assumed by the Mayweather camp.
Maybe the real actual (ie non PR) problem in all this that no one has mentioned is the Pacquiao side wasn't notified as per the testing agreement each side made. I'm not sure what the penalty is for not telling the Pacquiao side of a seemingly verbal TUE agreement, but that seems like something Pacquiao & TR could pursue cuz I believe that agreement was broken or at least its arguable that was the case cuz clearly this was something Mayweather & the USADA knew of, but Pacquiao didn't know of & he had the right to know before he entered the ring.
Someone needs to properly sit down and get all the facts to see if whether or not this guy really needs to undergo this procedure which is completely illegal otherwise under WADA protocol. And if he does need it, take him to the appropriate setting, file the papers, notify the commission right away and don't wait 3/20 days.
You don't just give it to him because he asked.Comment

Guys, has anyone heard NSAC comment on the TUE ?
If USADA are not authorised to grant TUE, then why didn't NSAC state that ?Comment

The NSAC would have the final say on the TUE to see if it's a GO or NO. Like with Pacquiao's shoulder, they said no because they didn't have the time to properly investigate.
USADA sneaked Floyd's TUE passed the commission until after the fight, but with Pacquiao's they told the commission just hours before the fight.Last edited by SplitSecond; 09-10-2015, 08:18 PM.Comment

No, any and all IV over 50ml is illegal unless legitimately received by a professional in a professional setting and is only to be administered in special cases usually done in medical emergencies. Floyd doing it in his house with his own bag and his personal doctors(like the Armstrong doctors that smuggled the saline for him) aren't worth sht, and sending in some random collectors(some of which don't even know how to draw blood) ain't worth sht.

Something aint right, you have to admit that.....
But nothing about Mayweather screams PEDs, his game has never changed.
Also, now we hear that Mayweather did inform USADA, twice in fact, and there was a USADA official and registered medical professional with Mayweather during the IV.
It appears that Mayweather did nothing wrong..... it appears that USADA failed to inform NSAC on time, or using the correct protocol?
Not sure.
But yea, I think that a few people are taking the opportunity to be a little mischevious
Although, why did Mayweather need the IV, what justification did he give?Comment
