Although Mr. Mayweather's application was not approved until after his fight with Mr. Pacquiao and all tests results were reported, Mr. Mayweather did disclose the infusion to USADA in advance of the IV being administered to him. Furthermore, once the TUE was granted, the NSAC and Mr. Pacquiao were immediately notified even though the practice is not prohibited under NSAC rules."

Thanks for all the sirens and alarms though!

Must have missed that part "im gonna use this IV at home, then I'll let you guys know about it later" - Floyd Armstrong Jr.

floyd is bound by wada code same with usada. iv therapy is prohibited by wada code. only instance it's not is for MEDICAL EMERGENCIES which then must be administered in a medical facility/environment. nothing changes. what floyd did still goes against the rules. usada should have never allowed it. they should have never granted a tue. this all reeks of complete corruption and doping. get a clue pls.

and nsac and pac's team weren't made aware until 18-20 days after! hahahahahaha give me a break.

also nothing was addressed about the illegal amount of SALINE. again, get a clue.

what usada released answered NOTHING and makes them look more shady and pathetic.

hauser dropping bombs and exposing those liars and corrupt fools at USADA. Mayweather looks shady as hell. Seems clear he was doing something illegal and I have yet to hear a logical excuse for the IV with the insane amount that is over 10 times the legal amount. He was trying to flush out his system and mask some type of PED. And USADA is in Haymon's pocket. Just stinks and looks worse when Mayweather tried to parade himself as the savior for clean boxing. Can you say hypocrite. Floyd fans can cry all they want but this story ain't going away and now adds a dark cloud over Mayweathers career.

Thats what a honest true to his word person would do. Sue the man for defamations. If Floyd is true to everything, he would sue Hauser for defamation as long as he is not scared of hidden skellatons. Because everything past and present will come out in the supeana. Then we can find out the real truth.

I highly doubt that would happen thoygh

whilst pac was refused even pain killers, floyd abused drugs and has clearly paid them off
Where, anywhere, does it say Saline Solution and Vitamins are Illegal/Banned???

Get a grip!!! Your hate for him is clouding your ability to comprehend.

                    1) Who cares if the NSAC does not prohibit it? USADA uses the WADA prohibited substances/methods list, where IV usage is banned. It doesn't make a strong argument to say "well WE ban it but the NSAC would have been OK with it". On that note, I'm sure the NSAC would like to have had advanced notice for something that can alter the results of a drug test.

                    2) This quote admits that the TUE was granted retroactively well after the fight.

                    3) This quote admits that NSAC and Pacquiao were not made aware until after the TUE was granted, which again was well after the fight. And given that the May/Pac contract called for 24-hour notice after a TUE is granted, this means that the TUE was not applied for until well after the fight.

That happens & they can get access to ALL of Floyd's medical records.

Would be an interesting turn of events.
