how is that when usada is saying he told them of it before he took it. i mean are we honestly going to assume usada is going to risk everything for mayweather i mean honestly?

Yes they are lying. And they have no other choice but to lie lie deny deny because they are being exposed. What makes more sense they just forgot their own damn rules one day? Or they are in bomb shell mode scrambling because they are getting exposed. The yeah he didn't formally file till 3 weeks after the fight but "we knew off the record" wink wink before that and approved it. But they don't have the power to approve that and it prohibited what he did. And it's their job to notify everyone. It's either incompetence or corruption. They were in Mayweathers pocket but now he has compromised then to the point that they are the laughing stock today of course they have every reason to lie and do what little damage control they can. But only a fool a blatant Floyd dyck rider would buy what they selling.

Nothing was done that violated the agreement that was agreed upon by both fighters. This isn't even against NSAC rule...it's a nonissue all brought about by Hauser to discredit the greatest fighter of our era.
