Wouldn't be hard to cheat if you knew the exact 2 dates a year you were fighting. Without year round random testing its all a farce anyway. Cycle on al the juice you want and get off before your vamp and testing begins. Would take a real idiot not to be able to beat that stuff...

They said NO and that they were notified BEFORE the IV was administered.

And to hide PED use? Thats simply YOUR OWN OPINION.

Here comes the change i spoke of

I think both sides are being a little too cut and dry

Reality: Floyd is likely not a clean athlete, you don't apply for IVs when you have 3 lbs to lose in a month and eat cheeseburgers all the time unless you're trying to wash something out

Reality: Nothing will happen, his people obviously did their homework and realized it was a gray area and that they would get a semantic waiver, so this story will fade away

So he's not "done for" or the next lance armstrong, but it's pretty obvious to those who care that he's not clean

Mr. Mayweather’s use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today. Nonetheless, because Mr. Mayweather was voluntarily taking part in a USADA program, and therefore subject to the rules of the WADA Code, he took the additional step of applying for a TUE after the IV infusion was administered in order remain in compliance with the USADA program. Although Mr. Mayweather’s application was not approved until after his fight with Mr. Pacquiao and all tests results were reported, Mr. Mayweather did disclose the infusion to USADA in advance of the IV being administered to him. Furthermore, once the TUE was granted, the NSAC and Mr. Pacquiao were immediately notified even though the practice is not prohibited under NSAC rules.

Let's see USADA or Mayweather come after them and open up the chance of them having to open up all their records in court. Testing results etc.... Not gonna happen.

I want to know if a retro TUE is written in the contract. USADA hasn't cleared up anything except to admit they knew Floyd used IV which is not allowed by NSAC who has authority in Vegas fights. USADA is only supposed to do additional testing and not circumvent local rules to fit their clients agenda
