And everything I read says people do this and the reason it is banned is because it's a way to mask PED use. This is more damaging of a PED allegation then anything we have seen from Manny.

And he let them know well before hand, it wasn't out of the blue, USADA was to confer with the NSAC, but they said they are simply a testing agency(not to pacquiao of course, nodded yes and proceeded to do *** all)

With Floyd where they had no right to grant the TUE yet for some reason did.

Floyd has been suspect for years now... I don't need any more proof..he used an IV for the lame excuse of being dehydrated... and then asked for and was granted a waiver 18 days later...
