Anyone who ever believed that Floyd was not using PEDs had their head in the mud.

Like I've often said on here, cheaters often point the finger at others to take attention off of them. Second, there is a reason why Floyd only uses USADA and refuses VADA. Third, when you have money like Mayweather does........anything is possible, anyone can be bought off.

The point being made was that USADA does in fact use CIR on samples. Whereas the article tries to paint that they do not. So no, your statement is what's ridiculous.

Again, Tyson Gaye was caught with a positive result by USADA via CIR.

What do the dates have to do with it?

The point was that your testosterone levels decrease as you age, they don't increase. Even if the ratio is less than the cutoff threshold, it should be lower than it was 2 years prior. That's why it is supposed to warrant CIR testing because it goes against natural human physiology.

No. Blood test was done after the fight.

You're really sneaky and love to lie it seems, you do this on occasion. The article simply stated the fact which are backed by USADA's own representatives that USADA does not use CIR on every sample.

Even if they did so in May vs Pac, it's besides the point, don't play dumb.
