Yes Mayweather has fought everyone but you need to look more into when and not just the names.
Mayweather for me will go down as a mastermind in fighting people when he knew it was not a 50/50 fight. Fighting them at the right time for him and making the most money possible for him.
If he had fought Manny in 2009, Pacquiao would have had a better chance of winning, still think mayweather would have beat him, and would have walked away with say 50-60 mil. Making people wait and built up that fight like it would never happen and pacquiao getting older and losing some of his explosiveness from a business venture is brilliant. Hats off to you Mayweather, Money is a great nickname for you.

Image when Tyson was the main attraction and you would tell him that his PPV record would be beaten by a defence mastermind. Everyone would laugh at you.
Mayweather control of the fight is unbelievable and outland fighters in the punches department.
As a fight fan not fighting when its a 50/50 will always hurt. Knowing that he could have fought more Prime fighters and choosing not too will always mean that he is not a top 5 fighter of all time. If there were more hardcore fan then he would have been forced into the fight.
The fact that he left SRR off his top 5 suggests that he was the true great and does not even want to bring him in a conversation as deep down p4p fighter It goes SRR and everyone goes below.
Mayweather is pretty close to SRR but not TBE. Sugar Ray Robinson is TBE

The only time Floyd did that was with Pac. When he and Pac werent fighting eachother, he always fought the absolute best in his weight class. Whoever had the greatest victory he fought them coming off their biggest win. Berto is the only time he faced a bad opponent in a very long time. And look at the circumstances.

His opponents have a habit of being way younger than him and outweigh him by 15lbs. He dominates them. Their will never be a fighter this dominant specially against guys that big and young! Amazing fighter!

Floyd is an all-time great boxer no doubt. He is officially unbeaten, although there's no doubt that he lost the 1st fight vs Castillo. Take nothing away from him at all, but the Pacquiao he fought was not one in his prime. Of course that's not Mayweather's fault, he did what he had to do. It could be debated what would have happend had he fought P. Williams in his prime, never mind GGG at 154lbs. Speculation. Floyd is great, but wouldn't rate him above Hearns, Leonard and Robinson at welterweight. De La Hoya and Whitaker in prime would be a handful for anyone.

obviously mosley was not in his prime. why do you think floyd was willing to fight mosley but not marg? they have different styles. mosley was the biggest puncher marg had ever faced and mosley's power was able to dent him. that's why he wasn't able to beat an old mosley. floyd has no power so marg wouldn't have to worry about that. meanwhile mosley isn't a pressure fighter so floyd could easily sit back and pot shot him which he couldn't do against marg. floyd just waited until he got the style matchup that best suited him. you can't see that?

He's only speaking the truth and sometimes people don't want to face that reality.

You don't have to like Floyd, i understand why many dislike him but it doesn't take away from his skills in the ring, and he is one of the best to lace them up and the best of his generation. It is what it is.

I couldn't get behind this fight at all. I know Floyd would KO him. Luis Collazo almost knocked his ass out and sent him back down to 140. He had absolutely nothing for Floyd. Just dollar signs!! That UK money was sweet but Hatton himself posed no threat.

He fought the guys he wanted to fight when the time was right, he has never put on a fight of the night performance but hey If you think watching Floyd fight carbon copies of the same fighter all the time makes him great sure you think that.
