Floyd sells the wackest fights of any elite fighter in history. He pokes his apponents, it's more like a fencing match. I'm glad he won't b there for fighters to just wanna shot to fight him and it'll open the doors to great fights. Can't wait till after this Saturday so this circus can end and boxing can go back to normal.
Am I hating if I say I can't wait for floyd to retire?

Yes. And a also a racist. If you don't praise every aspect of Floyd's life, from the women he sleeps with to the clothes he wears to the cars he drives to the gum he chews to the the opposition he chooses, you are definitely a hater who also has issues with black fighters and you're probably a Trump supporter. -

Glad to see him go along with Pacquiao, Marquez, Hopkins, Mosley(please!) and all the other guys who have been hanging around way too long. I think Kovalez took care of Hopkins. Hopefully Marquez stays retired. Pacquiao is just old news at this point. Mosley is crazy for fighting again, but I hope he comes to his senses. They have been a decent crop but I'd love to get onto some good young blood who brings it. It's what boxing needs.Comment

I am glad that Floyd is retiring as well. The welterweight division has been stuck in neutral because of him. I mean Khan wont fight anyone damgerous because he was waiting on Floyd, Kell wont fight anyone because he is waiting on Khan, then Porter and Thurman are left out in the cold because Uncle Al Haymon is catering to Floyd. Hopefully he is serious about retiring so we can see some of these fights finally get done starting with Khan/Brook and then Porter vs. Garcia or Thurman.Comment

The welterweights should have been fighting each other regardless if Floyd was there or not. None of them have made themselves worthy of being known as the best welterweight other than maybe Porter (who acts like he wants to fight everyone and tries to make an effort to do so) and Brook (who actually beat Porter).
The main issue is that a lot of the business folks don't want Floyd to leave because of all the extra revenue that goes out with him...especially since Oscar's #1 guy (Canelo) won't be going there any time soon.Comment

At this point there is nothing more for him to do, no one to fight, he should retire otherwise he's just hanging around waiting to lose. Hopefully he bows out and has some success outside of the ring, promoting or training or whatever it is he chooses.Comment
