Absolutely !As time goes by, more and more people are and will be arguing about the first fight with Castillo and while some fans rabidly try to defend the controversial decision others can use it as an example of how bad judging can preserve an "undefeated" record. However, I have to say that as much as I am convinced Floyd lost his first fight against Castillo, I am also clear that Floyd did the smart thing after he looked for and won without doubts the rematch. And there could have been a second loss in Floyd's record if the referee had disqualified FMJ because his uncle jumped into the ring attempting to harm Zab Judah. I've seen other boxers getting DQ'ed for actions that can be considered minor when comparing to what uncle Roger brought into the ring.
That is even closer to Mayweather first loss than Castillo imho.
He was real lucky there.Comment

Nice try. Pac isnt in that exclusive club of the 4 fighters who truly tested Floyd. Castillo, Oscar, Maidana, Cotto....not Pac tho. But if telling yourself that supposedly helps out on your road to recovery, whatever man, just dont go shooting up any movie theaters.Comment
