Comments Thread For: Braehmer vs. Oosthuizen Headlines 11/7 Bill in Monaco

    By Jake Donovan

Mere days removed from his latest victory, Juergen Braehmer is ready to jump right back into the mix.

The 36-year old southpaw racked up the fifth defense of his secondary title with a 7th round knockout of Konni Konrad over the weekend in Dresden, Germany. There was barely anytime for celebration, as Braehmer is set to next defend in two months, facing unbeatean Thomas Oosthuizen on November 7 in Monte Carlo, Monaco. [Click Here To Read More]

Good fight in that I'm not sure of a winner. Tommy O looked like a good prospect a couple of years ago but underwhelmed more than once since then.

Sounds great on paper, but Oosthuizen will fail to make weight as usual.

Not quite a light-heavyweight unification, but a move in the right direction from Braehmer. He beats Oosthuizen for me.

Not in Germany as well. Hopefully he sees this one through to fight night.

Let's guess, one won't make weight or the other will pull out

Braehmer is really milking that WBA "regular" title for all its worth, isn't he? He is going to make a career and retire off of it without fighting hardly anyone worth a damn.

Thought Gonzalez beat this guy two years ago, and wasn't sure Maderna didn't as well. Better than most Braehmer opponents, but Sauerland wouldn't make this fight if they thought Oosthuizen was a legit threat
