This dude has 40 fights and he wants tune ups especially since he beat Kostya Tzyu? I personally think that this is just a delay tactic to never making a fight with Floyd. Collazo fought someone last year that had 40 defeats and another guy that was 1-1 and now Hatton's ready to fight him.
