Don't see the controversy, seemed a reasonably easy nights work for McDonnell to be honest.

Dave Bontempo and the international broadcast had it 119-108 Mcdonnell, it seems only ABC PBC commentators had this close.

No way Kameda won that fight, Jamie was busier and landed the telling shots, why would the judges score the fight to the outsider in a wide decision? All 3 can't be that ******.

There were two separate commentaries for this fight and they couldn't been anymore different. The PBS commentary had the fight wide for McDonnell I think it was 116-111 or something like that. The CBS commentary, inexplicably, had it wide for Kameda.

It turns out the international commentaries also had the fight for McDonnell. Which coincided with the judges.

The only ones who had their head up their ass were the ones from CBS who managed to influence the audience into thinking Kameda was winning the fight big. It's clear who was right.

Gonna watch the fight now. But an interesting point. Maybe the judges were objective, maybe not. Let me watch it now.

McDonnell did everything you need to do to win a fight - made adjustments, kept the pressure on and established the jab while landing crisply inside and scoring a late knockdown. Kameda had 'moments' but was largely fighting on the backfoot, reacting to pressure and fell short with a lot of his work. It was a clear enough victory.

Kameda showed he had more skill and talent. Kameda was using footwork, punching from different angles. I saw Kameda landing the more better perfect shots while Jamie was landing partially blocked shots. Kameda has the faster hand speed and showed that. It's a robbery. Even with the knockdown, Kameda should have won that. Jamie was just coming forward all fight, couldn't cut the ring, Kameda always managed to find an escape route. I'd like to know what nationality these judges are, I wouldn't be surprised if they're from Britain/England.

Kameda made the major adjustments from the first fight.

**** that American BS bias. They wouldn't stop talking abut Kameda as he was getting tagged all night with jabs and got dropped

It was a close fight. Jaimie got countered on the way out, but Kameda would not, or could not press his advantage. Kameda waited to strike while McDonnell stayed busy. Kameda waited too much and showed watered down poison. McDonnell missed a lot, but kept Kameda dancing. Next.
