Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury: If Klitschko Has 10 Brothers, I Fight Them All

Heavyweight Tyson Fury (24-0, 18KOs) could care less if Wladimir Klitschko will have his older brother, politician Vitali Klitschko, in his corner on fight night.

Vitali was a dominating heavyweight and former champion in his own right. He retired a few years back to focus on his political career.

Fury challenges Wladimir for the IBF/IBO/WBA/WBO heavyweight titles on October 24th at the Espirit Arena in Dusseldorf, Germany.

He will care about Wlads history the first hard punch he feels when he realizes he's in there with the real deal finally.

Win or lose, I hope Fury fights smart and makes a fight out of it.

It would be truly embarrassing if Wlad sparks him out in the early rounds.

Of course, it'll happen and that big sledgehammer right hand will connect at some point. It needs to, otherwise we'll end up with a boring fencing match between a pair of giants. However, anyone who's followed Fury (every fight since 2009 in my case) knows that he is not the type of fighter to be shocked from a hard punch/knockdown and go into survival mode. He'll just keep swinging and doing gobby faces.

When he had a tough time against Firtha, Pajkic and Cunningham, he went into full-on ***** mode and gritted it out. That's what's so interesting about this fight. None of Wladmir's previous tall opponents like Wach, Pulev and Pianeta had been truly out on their feet like Fury was in his aforementioned fights. They all had "0"s, yes, but hadn't had to tough it out at a decent level. Fury has.

I fucking love this fight. :box2:

Kinda doubt this one will be boring. And I doubt Fury gets stopped early. I also think he drops Wlad at least once. He may lose, but at the very least Klit will know he's been in a fight.

Fury always talks mayhem beforehand but when the bell rings he's all about maximising his physical advantages and boxing cool. If he gets nailed and hurt bad he'll then go into gypo tear up mode, no doubt, but I'd be surprised to see the big guy come out firing from the start. I think Fury really does believe he can control Wlad with his jab and if he can land it often enough for him to stay competitive, let alone take charge, I see that being the plan - jab and grab and d**** himself all over Klitshcko, try to weary that near 40 year old body and maybe look for a stoppage late. Could work too, but Wlad is class and Tyson Fury is a big target. The Brit/Paddy will be hurt at some stage and then I expect to see a nasty streak in Klitshcko. A hurt, angry and wild swinging Fury is a dangerous prospect but Wlad will acknowledge that, stay composed and effect a clinical, brutal finish, imo.

Win or lose, I want Fury to give everything, too many heavyweights are shy when they're in the ring with Wlad. A long list of names became who? Haye, Povetkin, Pulev and so on. I don't want to add Fury to that list.

Fury is going to wake up in a puddle of his own whizz and a cloud of his own methane wondering what all the noise is about. Hey Fury, just don't show your ugly face again after you get stretched. Anywhere. Ever.

Their are many notable differences between the champ and Fury, none more so than Wladimir thinks before he talks and Fury simply opens his mouth way before he has an iota of what he is about to say.

" and small men who are small and can't get to him." Does this guy hear what he is saying ?

Dude has talked a whole lot of rubbish, he really hasn't given much thought about after the fight, but then again I don't expect he will fight again after Wlad crushes him, he has said he will retire if he is not as good as the champ but I expect it will be more through embarrassment of showing his face after all the nonsense he has talked about himself and in comparison to David Haye whom he will no doubt put on the same show as, hit and run or in Haye's case run and run.
