Yup! And lots of dollars too! I like what Floyd said about the haters!
Great stuff! He knew how to generate interest in his fights & into his lifestyle. He said many controversial things, some accurate, some I didn't agree with. But he was funny!

They're usually the same people. I saw constant bitching on my FB newsfeed about Floyd leading up to the Pacquiao fight, bunch of casuals with limited boxing knowledge just spouting off garbage.

These same people were the ones sharing that fake page somebody made of Floyd saying he was going to give out a million dollars.

He traded the love of the public for financial gain and somehow can't be self aware enough to understand why people dislike him now? I mean c'mon.
Yeah Floyd was touted even before his debut. On his debut, he had entire boxing worlds eyes on him. Right now, Felix Verdejo is in a very similar position as he was bk then as a highly touted prospect, only difference being Verdejo has the luxury of spcial media. As far as expectations go, Floyds has been the highest of any prospect.

Im buying PPV and enjoyed his run. Best of this era but has one more to beat. Good luck in retirement.

Bring on the new blood! Boxing, all around, is getting shook up.

Floyd name is in the air

I jumped the gun when i assumed the haters will have no purpose in life after Floyd retires. Matter of fact i believe the delusion will reach a whole new level. Just think about it, what will they do with all that time on their hands? Especially when Floyd was a big part of their daily lives. I imagine the excess time will be spent reviewing EVERY SINGLE Floyd fight in slow motion with the occasional video being cut and strung together like the one that was made to appear as if Floyd got dropped by Maidana

The obsession wont stop aftet Sep 12
