I think the problem of last fights was bradley himself and his surrounders and not joel diaz.

Till first pacquiao fight bradley did well maybe without ankle injury he would havewon convincingly and not the robbery it was.

Tim lost his mind after pacquiao I and II and all that controversy and never fought as himself then

It sounds like he is implying that someone close to Bradley got in the way of things, and as well said that he would think his dad would be a good trainer for him, so that probably means that his wife pushed for this or whatever. That being said, I won't comment on his wife since I don't know her level of involvement in that decision.

I did like Joel Diaz in his corner, a no-nonsense guy in the corner but ultimately he did and still does seem to have had Bradley's interests at heart (in terms of his career and his long term health) and they were very successful together. I mean, Bradley isn't supremely naturally gifted, or at least not to the level you might have guessed for someone whose resume is as good as his, so obviously Diaz was doing something right.

That being said, at the end of the day, changing trainers is something that happens all the time. I like Bradley, so hopefully this doesn't end up being a negative game changer for him. Bradley hasn't been perfect in recent fights, so there are things that another trainer can help him with, and I'm sure there are still a few good years left in him. I don't know enough about Teddy Atlas as a trainer to comment on whether he will fit that.

But props for Joel Diaz, I think he handled this in a very professional manner.

He was getting that extension regardless. And having family manage your money usually isn't a good idea.

And you can't blame Diaz for Tim fighting like an idiot.

Everyone knows this is a very horrible move by Bradley but I think it was cause Diaz always threathen bradley in the fight that he is gonna stop it if bradley just keep fighting like a dumb ass and he actually wanted to call off the chaves fight cause bradley didnt look good in training camp but bradley refused and said lets get this money.

So I think team bradley is worried that Diaz would stop a fight or raise awareness of bradley (concussion etc problems) and might fuck up his money. just my opinion.
Bradley said he hadn't heard from Dunkin in months when he fired him and even then, Dunkin didn't contact him until like a week later.

So you think his wife wants him to go to a trainer who doesn't value his health so he can not have the risk of getting a fight stopped? I guess Monica took out a life insurance policy on Tim and this is just part of the grand scheme to collecting?

Welterweight titleholder Tim Bradley and boxing manager Cameron Dunkin are no longer working together, according to an interview Bradley did with Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated. “Cameron is a great manager. I can't say anything bad about him,” Bradley told Mannix. “He cares for his fighters, for the amount of money they are making. Cameron has definitely helped my career in many ways. We did business. We did a lot of great business. The fact that I didn't re-sign is because Cameron didn't show interest in me after the Marquez fight. He showed no kind of interest. He didn't call. He didn't mention the contract was up, he didn't try to renegotiate.

Some people have strong family values, in fact, a lot of people are like that believe it or not. And besides trust your manager? How'd that work out for Tyson and Mayorga?

I've read that. What does that have to do with what I said lol. Dunkin said he was sick. Like I said if Tim signed me as his manager he was still getting that big extension with top rank

Exactly what I said. First, get rid of Diaz, next on the list is Tim's father and after that Tim is going to be on Maury Povich finding out he was never really married to this chic in the first place.

Is she smart? Cause if she is then who cares about hotness when it comes to career.

IDK but if Bradley allowed it then hey its his career
