Santa Cruz unfairly jumped ahead of the line over other featherweight contenders, including Cuellar. I agree with Cuellar, he got overlooked by the Wba and should have been given an opportunity to fight for the vacant title. Santa Cruz never fought a legitimate featherweight contender to deserve a title shot. Cayetano(a journeyman) was dragged up in weight from the super bantamweight division when they fought. The Wba is a joke of an organization in my opinion.
