and they made sure to stop that fight as soon as they possibly could too. I knew it was fishy as hell when it happened and now I know why. Give Floyd a super easy opponent coming off of a KO victory to validate him as a legit choice.

I used to joke around about Josesito being the new gatekeeper bcuz Floyds last few opponents have faced him, going bk to Ortiz(after floyd)...Canelo, Maidana and now Berto have faced Lopez before facing Mayweather.

Lopez is a legit guy at 147. Gave Maidana hell. He is a very offensive fighter and he can hurt you. He just doesn't have that heavy hitting power. And obviously isn't as durable hence the guys that have come back to tko him
