The WBC can't force anyone in the top 15 to take any kind of drug test unless the WBC is willing to pay for it. I doubt that the WBC has ever paid for a drug test. They rely on the state or area boxing commission to do that. This is more BS from a professional BS'er.

ya because them paying for it is just not even possible they cant force them but they can force them if the fighter wants to be sanctioned by the wbc
