IMO and my posts have been consistent on my position... PAC never had the tools to beat Floyd... He has struggled with elite boxers n counter punchers n discussing him beating the best was a joke to me, especially after he whitewashed Manny's greatest rival and took Mosley's best shots and beat him up on the front foot...Manny was always one if the best not THE best
