Yeah and that's the point I've tried making. People always wanna bring up Floyd fighting scared against a one handed fighter and running. Yet pacquiao couldn't catch and corner a scared, older, past his prime version of mayweather. Even old past his prime mosley hurt floyd worse then Pacquiao. Cotto also gave Floyd a tougher fight. Everybody wants to blame the shoulder because its a convenient excuse for Pac's performance. If Pac's shoulder was healthy and he still loss then another excuse would have been made. Everybody knows but don't want to admit that the fight would have gone the same way regardless.

I think that made the victory the more sweet for him, they built him up for years and when the time came he flop just like we knew he would.Comment

I think Pac and Roach thought Floyd was just like any other fighter they faced but found out differently in the first round. It was the first time that pac had stepped in the ring with someone that he didn't have a huge advantage against in speed. Plus he had never been in the ring with someone as defensive and sharp as Floyd either. Floyd just did what he does to every opponent, which is take them out their game. No one looks as good as they did in their previous fights when they step in the ring with Floyd. Pac was no exception.Comment
