when did rigo become a master boxer?

u didnt know who rigo was until he beat donaire.
and because everyone said donaire is gangsta, u thought he was in his prime.

well FYI, donaire was not in his prime just because u started noticing him when hes fighting at 122.

donaire was woopin ass from flyweight to super flyweight to bantamweight to super bantamweight.

thats 4 weight classes before losing a 12 rd decision to rigo.
and he got taken to school.. how? by scoring a KD on rigo?

Wow ...how sad. Threes years in and some can't accept the demoralising beating Donaire took. Donaire has been a shell of himself since that fight. HE hit Rigo with his money punch only for him to get up an have Nonito running in the 12th. And yes Donaire won one round yay that really makes it not a schooling .....Moron

Ok, this Rigo obsession has to stop. You really didn't know him until after the Donaire fight?

He always was. When Gamoboa defected. I was most excited about Rigondeaux, then they caught Rigondeaux, so I waited 2 years until he finally made it out.

Its like asking when people knew Lomachenko was the goods? After he demolished everyone winning 2 gold medals. Especially since he was KOing people in the Amateurs.

TBH I follow amatuer boxing and I'm sure other posters do as well.

In fact Burner and Horus use to do boxing shows years back and people would bring up Rigo back then.

Just because your a casual fan doesn't mean everyone else is.

In the amateurs. He still uses the same amateur style.

In fact, I remember people hyping up both Golovkin and Lomenchenko back in '10..........way before they became mainstream.

What people like OP need to realize is that many people on here like boxing enough to follow not just the popular guys on HBO/SHO but up and comers, prospects and amateurs.
