Danny Garcia got rid of paulie for us. That is a service to the sport of boxing, therefore he gets my voteMikhaylenko boxed beautifully and stopped a young, durable opponent who had never been stopped before. The Vegas odds-makers predicted he'd lose.
Paulie is badly shot, and never was really good to begin with.
I do agree it's good for boxing to be rid of Malignaggi, but he should have retired after the beating he took from Shawn Porter.Comment

Really a no-brainer to figure out only one Krzysztof among fighters who had impressive performances in August.Comment

Yes Danny fought in August and should be included but Freedom tends to leave out fighters associated with Al Haymon every time he does the list.
Geez. wish he'd put his biases in check when doing this thread.Comment

Every time Freedom makes these threads you are in them crying that a Haymon fighter isn't included.
Just make your own Boxer of the month thread and quit whining.Comment
-
Well that is a lie. I have complained only when he left Thurman and Frampton and Danny now. Others raised the same concerns.
Why would I make another FOTM thread? Tunney created it and I respect that he did. he should have some integrity to it and leave out all biases.
Odd that you would get at me and not suggest the thread have integrity and be bias free.Comment

Come on, stop doing this. You know Paulie's a shot boxer.
Let's not forget, Haymon also manages Glowacki and Santa Cruz.Comment
-
like I said last time leave your biases out of the thread. FOTM should be open to all fighters that fought in the major fights that month. Just list the fighters and let us vote.
Come on man!
You surely didn't leave wlad out when he fought leapai or Kov when he fought Caparello, so spare me the "weak opponent" arguments.Comment
