The fight was good for the initial 4 rounds or so, after that Mares tied up too much and the figt got sloppy. Both weren't landing too cleanly and the exchanges got sloppy. Great night for PBC overall though, action packed undercard with plenty of KO's.

Definitely not the FOTY like I see a couple people saying, but I think its a W for PBC none the less. It was a fight between elite level guys & with how seldom that happens in boxing its a W for that reason alone, but it was a solid fight too.

i was actually bored and began switching to the hannibal finale (despite the fact it is recorded) somewhere around the 5th.

It was fine, solid fight. LSC finally beat a top contender. Good. That's okay. No need to call it something else.

I really enjoyed the fight, it did get a bit sloppy, but it displayed flashes of brilliance in the early and even later rounds.
