I think Leo is the youngest child in the family. I'm sure its an assumption based on him only making his pro debut tonight. I only know of one brother Leo has named Antonio & he's his older brother who co-trains him & who quit boxing as a teenager to help support their giant ass family.

And its his brother Robert who has or had some sort of life threatening illness for the other guy asking a question.

The guy was actually Leo's younger cousin, but the promoters erroneously listed him as his brother. They do look very similar in body frame.
