I'll go against the current and say Ruiz by KO. These are face fighters, they hook without jabbing. The harder puncher should win, but Ceja has his too, so good fight.

ruiz by decision. both flawed. The problem with ceja is he struggles to get his punches off or land counters, he'll probably be frustrated. And lose fairly wide.
