The incident itself looked staged and the interview with Mosley and his girlfriend afterwards was even worse.

She doesn't need to press charges against Mayorga, 'cus Shane's gonna get him for her in the ring ... Lol. Yeah right.

Problem is if they press charges then the fight's cancelled so all that money to promote and stage it is flushed away just to take Mayorga to court where his defence would be that it was staged. Bit of a catch-22.
