In case anyone is wondering, Bivol is a Russian boxer with a decorated amateur background. He is a serious prospect and another talented fighter at 175 pounds, quickly helping to make light heavyweight one of the more interesting divisions in boxing.

Sergey Kuzmin is a heavyweight with a good amatuer background as well.

Kuzmin hasn't impressed me so far, but Bivol is a real talent and potential champion.

Bivol is the best Russian prospect, he is much better than Kudryashov or others.

The question is where to watch this fight, I heard it will be televised on some strange network .

            I'm not sure.

I'll see if I can find a livestream this evening - there may be a legal stream on a Russian website.

I can't find anything about Pivol's amateur background.

Anyone know his am record, any notable fighters he beat etc?

I like boxers from everywhere, but right now a lot of the best and most exciting fighters are coming out of Eastern Europe.

You are obsessed with a certain nationality, are you not? Same as The Big Dunn, BrushMyHair, HansGruber, etc.
