Hearns is better in all departments. Neither of them have great chins at the middleweight title level. Hearns is faster and a better boxer. Lee has a great right hook but no other outstanding punch. Hearns had one of the best straight rights and left jabs in history and a fast powerful left hook. Hearns was just better than Lee and should win by KO. If Lee lands a perfect right hook he would win by KO but it's much more likely that Hearns gets Lee with knockout punches first.
