What's Moly Spray? Also you can't really say that what one objectionable person does has an effect on what people should think of whole groups. Some black guy stole my bicycle when i was 13, you don't see me burning crosses in black families yards..... or do you?

It gets worse for Mosely. The CA judge told Mosley that an overturning of the settlement may be unlikely given the amount of time that has passed, and also noted that Shane had not actually proven that Jin C. Sheehan, who married Dwivedi, is the same person as Jin C. Mosley. Mosley went to New York to ask a judge to unseal a confidential divorce file between Sanjay Dwivedi and his ex-wife, be she Jin Mosley or simply some other person named Jin.

What bull****. This judge is corrupt or incompetent or both. What bull**** this judge is peddling by saying that too much time has passed since the divorce settlement. It has not been that long, only 4yrs. And the judge saying since Shane still has to pay child support then there is no reason to overturn the other parts of the divorce settlement. It seems that this judge is just making **** up as he/she goes. He/she is not going by the law. Jin Mosley needs to be put under oath and questioned. It is that simple. Let's see if threat of perjury charges would get her to say the truth. This judge seems to be in Jin's pocket.

This idiot of a judge also said this " Mosley had not proven that the Jin C. Sheehan who married Sanjay Dwivedi was really Jin C. Mosley.

Her maiden name is Jin C Sheehan and she is from New York the same as the woman who married Dwivedi. There is enough evidence for the judge to pursue this further. This CA judge does not seem to be interested in the truth or justice. It is insane!

Shane's lawyers are not being aggressive enough nor is his PI. Why has hi PI not tracked this guy down and asked him a few questions. Why are Shane's lawyers being to passive. If possible why are they not appealing these horrible rulings?

Good luck, California and New York court already sided with Jin, saying its too late and lol at not believed Jin c Sheehan is her lol, that's her maiden name., if they were fair they should make Jin pay the money back to Shane by getting a job, but we all know the ******* court system will never allow it, just like that girl who got a million dollars falsely accusing that football player of **** ruining his life sending him to prison, and later admitting she lied, she isn't even in jail and doesn't even have to pay money back. Jin is a snake heartless gold digger.
