Salido came in 2.25 pounds above the weight limit, and ballooned to probably 10-12 pounds heavier than Lomachenko fight night.

Salido should have lost that fight. Since when did we credit dirty/corrupt wins? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuedWLxnINQ

There's no logical way you can give credit to a Salido win when his punches were aiming at Lomachenko's croch. How the **** do you even consider that a good showing by Salido?

also, it was clear as day Salido was getting dominated the final minutes of the fight. If that fight went on another round or two, Salido would have been KO'd.

Remind me what Lomachenko was doing in this fight other than clinching? There was very little good work from Lomachenko so I can't tell you what he supposedly did to win the fight. Salido's work wasn't stellar, but guys who say that all the shots were low are still butthurt after like a year and a half since the fight happened.

You guys predicted a Lomachenko 1st round KO, Boxingscene predicted a Lomachenko 3rd round KO. He didn't win. Get over it, it's been a while.

Go get some help, this isn't healthy.

Yes, everytime we don't like a result at the end of 12, let's just add more rounds until we get one that doesn't make your lives miserable.

You obviously didn't read my response before responding. I never said Siri didn't win. It's called being realistic and not biased like you. Lom was the first fighter in history to fight for a world title in his second pro fight. And he did it against a guy who came in near Welterweight and throwing tons of low blows. It takes a complete fool to say Siri sonned Lomo. That didn't happen. If anyone was sonned it was Siri who struggled with a guy who had 2 pro fights who still made the fight close and had Siri almost out at the end. It was Lom who people were impressed with at the conclusion, not Siri. You obviously don't know the definition of "sonned". It was a split decision dumba$$. Sonned is when a fighter cannot even compete with another fighter or is dominated.

Thank you Professor, for defining sonned for me. The British Academy will be grateful.

By the way, by your logic, Lomachenko was outweighed by 10 lbs or so, so he came in as a near JWW.

But, to be honest, I don't enjoy dumb arguments. So, let me repeat it: this is a Salido that was shot to pieces and that Mikey dropped 5 times. Lomachenko did little other than clinch. It was a lesson on how to win.

When Lomachenko is shot, I want to see him beat a blue chip fighter (not even a prospect) via pure grit. I can call that "sonned" if I want because I find it impressive given the high regard I do have for Lomachenko.

Little other than clinch?? Damn, it takes a special kind of ******ity to point that out without mentioning all the low blows Siri threw and coming in overweight. Pull Siri's **** out of your mouth. A split decision is not sonning another fighter. It's called barely winning. And let me repeat, Lomo had two pro fights, something the flies right over your head like a simple math equation.
