Lemieux is a world champion and Rios isn't. Lemieux has good boxing skills and Rios doesn't. Lemieux is a big middleweight and Rios is a small fat welterweight. Lemieux has very fast hands and Rios doesn't. Rios is a good puncher but Lemieux hits much harder. Lemieux is a good fighter and he doesn't suck. He would knock Rios out easily. That's why they have weight classes. Rios is a decent welterweight but it's unlikely he will become a welterweight belt holder.
