Selby didn't referee the fight. It wasn't Selby that called the stoppage. Selby was the guy bossing the action. Gradovich is game and persistent, usually with a high punch output, but he's strictly a no-variety kind of fighter and imo the Welshman out-boxes him eleven times out of ten.

But Linares gave Mitchell a case of pernicious anemia and still had to beat him down or lose on the cards. Where is the equity? And now Selby wants to flaunt the title as if that was a hard earned win. Montiel? Why not Gradovich? Gradovich gave him the shot in his living room and paid the price.
