The difference is, Floyd can only make 151 when he is in shape, so he would have to give up 3 pounds plus hydration which he has done against hall of famers DLH and Cotto. If he was really about greatness, why not give up 3-4 pounds to fight Ward and rule both divisions like James Toney did. Obviously his team isn't sure he can win that fight and since he isn't pushing it apparently he doesn't either.
