I dont know how old you are but I highly doubt you were watching hw boxing back in the early 2000's, you have no idea what the landscape was like back then other than boxrec. Beating Barrett and Jefferson when you're 25 is more impressive than anything wilder has done, period.

They were contenders back then, he is correct.

Barrett in particular was a good fighter.

The main problem with Barrett is the year he was born in.

Had he been born into weaker times, he would have a much better record.

Wilder is the most exciting thing to come along in the division in a very long time. An athletic HW with 32 KOs in 33 fights. You guys whine when Wlad and Povetkin fight the worst HW fight of all time, then turn around and whine about Wilder's rise.

Face it, boxing fans are the biggest bunch of whiny b******* in sports.
You really truly say some really lame 5hit and you say it pretty consistently!!!

He's too hungry to stay out of it.... or they threw a crap ton of money at him to bring him out of retirement... for some reason

Wilder is like an American version of Juergen Brahmer or Arthur Abraham. He is not the real champion of his division but he does have an alphabet belt which he is going to try to make some money with.

Figueroa looks weak, Burn lost on the home town rule. DeMarco thinks he has a chance, but even if he won, Broner would still be his daddy.
