Danny Green says he has plenty of fight options and his long-time rival Anthony Mundine needs him more than he needs Mundine.

After an almost three-year absence, 42-year-old Green made a successful return to the boxing ring with a unanimous points decision over Argentina's Roberto Bolonti at Hisense Arena.

Green dished out plenty of punishment, particularly to the body of Bolonti, but his opponent, whose record is now 40-4, went the distance against the former IBO cruisweight and WBA light-hevyweight world champion.

Green (with his recent scam-fight) fought a guy he knew he would beat, the fight was boring, and then Green talks crap afterwards, as usual. This guy Green is such a redneck. Green, ever since Mundine flogged him and Green (with math help) worked out both their weights are too far apart, has been talking about a rematch with Mundine for years, yet it's Mundine that needs him more. Yeh right!!!

Green does it like this so he can say Mundine is running when Mundine says no due to weight. Never mind the fact that Mundine is several weight divisions below cruiserweight eh Fanny Green.

I would pay for a rematch fight with green & mundine any day but only because green is in it, otherwise I wouldn't pay a cent to see mundine fight. Green would KO mundine and retire his sorry ass.
