Except for the fact that he threw far fewer punches than usual especially with his right hand.

Mayweather was clearly bothered by his shoulder in the Castillo fight and he complained about it in the corner since the first round. Pacquiao didn't say a damn thing about it the whole fight and he was raising his right hand after the fight with a big smile on his face.
Its not clear to me why we're giving Floyd credit for starting to make excuses during a fight he was getting beat up in. Athletes do that all the time during bad performances.

Find it funny how mayweather goes on about how he fought him with 1 arm because of a torn rotator cuff in the interview with larry and how he chose to take the fight anyway. Sounds pretty familiar....raising his arms and was throwing his left fast....and strong. Did better in the rematch though, its a shame manny dint get a rematch but its because he was a coward I guess

Yeah floyd had excuses. 85 percent of people thought floyd lost to castillo. ... had nothing but excuses. But he wasnt super rich with yes men yet so it was ok .

Just like 99% of Floyds opponents throw their lowest work rate in their careers when against him .

I don't know but I do remember seeing him fight with injured hands and it didn't stop him from throwing and he complained in the corner.

Seriously. I don't think people really understand the sport. Floyd kept Manny at a distance where he COULDN'T throw a lot of punches. Wtf!

100% of people BELIEVED Floyd lost to Castillo, and the first one to believe was Mayweather himself!

punches thrown did not change before and after the supposed injury. which was the 3rd or 4th round depending on who is being asked and when they got their story straight.
