Comments Thread For: Bradley-Brook: Arum, Hearn Had Good Meeting on Fight

According to promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport, he had a very positive meeting with Bob Arum, CEO of Top Rank, regarding a fall unification between IBF champion Kell Brook (34-0, 25KOs) and WBO champion Timothy Bradley (32-1-1, 12KOs).

Hearn is looking to stage the fight in late October in Brook's hometown of Sheffield. He is also going to continue discussions with the promoters of the current frontrunner Diego Chaves, and there will also be talks regarding Ruslan Provdonikov.

Not very true, Eddie Hearns is saving his cash cow for Amir Khan and Bradley would likely beat the **** out of Brook.

Hearn was misquoted... He is actually talking about Bradley Saunders. Fits the bill for Kell's next opponent, ticks every one of their boxes for his opponents

How can it be a unification when all Bradley has is an interim belt?

Bradley was promoted to full champion after Floyd was stripped of the WBO welterweight title.

Well Arum was in the UK to discuss Quigg vs. Donaire. If Hearn can pull off both or either of those fights, it would be quite a coup.

It would probably take a massive purse for Bradley to fight in the UK. I would love this fight though.

bradley looks like he's declined massively recently, kell outboxes him easily.
