First off both of these guys are so far away from deserving to fight for any version of the world heavyweight championship it's not funny. I voted Briggs by KO. Even though Briggs can't fight much anymore he is still a big heavyweight who hits hard and comes into the ring in fighting shape. Tarver is a grossly overweight light heavyweight who is too lazy to take off his 40 pounds of blubber. Tarver moves like a snail on his feet and throws about 12 punches per round. Tarver has no punch hard enough to hurt iron jawed Briggs but Briggs has the fire power to KO Tarver. When it comes to bragging on how good they are and how Wlad is afraid of them they are about equal.

Shannon doesn't have a gas tank so unless he can take Tarver out in 3, which I absolutely doubt since Tarver is to savy, he would get drowned and get UD by Tarver.
