Nothing I've seen in Ward's last two fights would lead me to believe he has a chance against Golovkin.

if they fight at 168 tomorrow. golovkin wins.

he actually hooks body shots unlike Kovalev. and his lower centre of gravity helps him in close fighting.

You guys are great. GGG struggled against Danny Jacobs but he's going to blow Ward away. OK.

At 168 today there would be lots of intangibles and questions in this fight.

Ward hasn't fought at 168 in quite some time so Ward would be weight drained for this fight.

Ward still has the skills but being weight drained would be the question mark in the fight.

This fight is never going to happen so it's a point not worth discussing unless we are talking in hypothetic terms as in both in their primes and both able to make 168 or 160 comfortably, I would pick Ward to win.

But with the reality today that Ward hasn't fought at 168 in quite some time and would be weight drained, it changes the analysis of what might happen if they fought today at 168.

If a fighter gets literally destroyed, how can it be a robbery? What kind of destruction doesn't involve a stoppage?

You gotta be a real fanboy if you think Ward gets stopped by GGG after what he showed against Kovalev in two fights and what GGG showed against Brook and Jacobs.

golovkin beat and knocked out of the ring.

golovkin was never ever gonna be able to do anything with ward. the problem was ward was actually underrated while golovkin was GROSSLY and blindly overrated with no common sense behind it at all.
