Of course Canelo is a better boxer than Margarito. Canelo is an excellent boxer. Margarito is just an average boxer. Margarito's strength is his great chin and his ability to throw over 100 strong punches every round. Margarito is fairly easy to hit and boxing skill is not his strong suit.
