If he cant KO unranked guys like Rios and Algieri, what makes roach think he can KO Mayweather, Bradley, Brook, Porter, Thurman, or the others
Pac cant live off what he did 5 or more years ago...he isn't the same fighter, nor is he willing to take the chances he used to for the knock out win
