Manchester legend Ricky Hatton is staying neutral in the ongoing war of word between domestic rivals Amir Khan and Kell Brook.

Brook (34-0, 25KOs) has been trying to get Khan in the ring for quite a while. Khan (31--3, 19KOs) on the other hand has a goal of his own - landing Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Khan has been unsuccessful in his attempts to get Mayweather and has now turned his attention to former sparring-mate Mayweather Pacquiao.

If Khan is unable to get Pacquiao in the first half of 2016, Hatton would advise him to go for the biggest financial opportunity possible - fighting Brook for the IBF welterweight crown.

Before Brook fought Porter, he wanted Khan badly.

Not sure about now.

But previously, it definitely looked like Amir was avoiding that fight.

That fight has to happen, its a no-brainer.
