I think picking Berto will backfire on Mayweather anyway, im not saying he will lose the fight but if Mayweather doesn't look fantastic hes going to look bad because its a fight that shouldn't be taking place at all.

When you pick a fight with a weaker opponent to make yourself look good, you damn well better look great. On top of that , his PPV numbers will suffer and if he decides to come back for a 50th fight, it might hurt his bargaining power a little bit when hes negotiating.

I think that the Berto fight will probably turn out better than a lot of people are expecting.

The whole "who is Khan fighting" doesn't hold much water when Floyd chose to fight Andre Berto. Who was Berto fighting? ...exactly.

Floms can dress it up how they want, make as many excuses as you want but Mayweather flat-out ducked Khan, to fight a shot Berto.

The point is that the only people who care about what Amir Khan says or whether or not Mayweather ducked Amir Khan are Mayweather haters like you and Khan himself. Amir Khan has not gained enough good will from the public for anything that he says to count for much. Most fans seem to think that he is deranged or suffering from some sort of mild personality disorder because of his unhealthy obsession with Floyd Mayweather.

That's the great part, not like Berto was one of the greatest fighters but Floyd is fighting Berto as a journeyman/gatekeeper then he fought the guy Khan beat much more convinsingly without stipulations in his favour.
