Karpency was beating Fonfara on the scorecards when he packed it up because he broke his hand. And then he upset Chad Dawson last year. I think Stevenson will demolish him easy but who knows.

The WBC is f**king the dog by keeping Kovalev as the mandatory challenger in place for a fight that is never going to happen because Duva wont change her position of HBO or no fight.

If they remove Kovalev, they would have long ordered one of these guys to fight Stevenson by now. The WBC is allowing Kovalev to hold the mandatory position hostage. The guy withdrew from a purse bid, why they would waste a year by placing him back in that position is mind blowing.

Beterbiev: IBF path (likely Beterbiev vs Barrera [Main Events]/Rodriguez[PBC] for IBF mandatory position)

Fonfara: WBA path (Fonfara-Cleverly in Oct, with the winner going after Braehmer's title, with the onus on the WBA to make the super title fight)

Alvarez: WBC path (Alvarez vs Chilemba[Main Events] for the WBC mandatory, with the winner getting the Stevenson fight

      playing checkers is boring.

Alvarez vs. Stevenson likely. Alvarez is highly ranked and has WBC silver belt.

Fonfara has Cleverly in October and then Chilemba eliminator to fight Stevenson
Alvarez is a beast, BPP. War Eldier!!

alvarez's trainer said he had the best jab in the division. Well I seen no indication in this fight.

"El Guerrero" landed and took some very hard shots. They both did.

He is a pretty good fighter but his chin seems weak. I haven't seen a light heavyweight that I thought would have a prayer of beating Kovalev. I think he is the most dominant champion in boxing. I believe he would go through all the light heavyweights and potential challenger Ward like a hot knife through warm butter. The light heavyweight from Cuba who got robbed in his fight with Pascal would KO Alvarez in my opinion.
