Probably a fight with no one fans will give a damn about. I'm okay with a Pascal rematch cuz the first fight was fun. I wouldn't hate seeing the Cuban who gave Pascal a run for his money getting a shot. Beyond those two fights I think the rest of Kov's options involve PBC guys or are fights I don't care about.

It's viable, but Main Events are aiming to use Chilemba to prise the WBC belt from Stevenson.

It's a high-risk strategy though because the WBC are talking about ordering an eliminator with Eleider Alvarez so Chilemba would have to get through that before getting to Stevenson.

Nope, that's most likely next year.....
I think it's Gonzalez, but pretty much pick and choose anybody in the top 15 of his belts.... don't expect a huge name

Did you ever figure out who the African Kovalev was talking about when he mentioned him as an option along with a Cleverly rematch?

Gonzalez seems the obvious pick, but it's a high risk pick for a "homecoming" to Russia, he looked pretty tough.
