I've never seen either guy start backing up. Provo actually was pushing Matthysse back late in the fight and had him stung late. Rios-Provo would be a bad ass fight. Make this fight. Spend the rest of the budget on it. The time is right for this fight. Both are still good enough and not shot to make an epic war.
