when I saw the name Martinez thought it be the cotto Martinez fight where he went down a few times and KO'd without really getting hit by cotto. did not see one punch from cotto that could have floored the ring girl

His arm clipped the top of his head which can mess with your equilibrium if it hits you in the right spot.

Look at Thompson v Price I. I know Price can't take much of a shot anyway but Thompson just caught him with a nothing punch in a similar spot, but it scrambled Price's senses and balance and left him like an upside down turtle on its shell rolling around on the floor.

It's not as bad as i expected, not massively uncommon and it's very possible.

i didn't see the entire fight, so i don't know what kind of punishment this kid took.

i saw the "finish" and i thought it was a dive. he looked fine, got "hit" with grazing punches from a tiny guy, and started to look like his lights were going out.

He should be suspended regardless as you shouldn't be a boxer if a light tap on the head knocks u out
